Duties and responsibilities: Restaurant managers oversee the day-to-day operations of a food service organization, including ordering food and supplies, providing customer service, managing staff and planning menus. In a small establishment, the food service manager may responsible for most of the activities in the kitchen and with service staff. In a larger restaurant, the food service managers may work alongside other managers. Their primary duties are to oversee the food serving staff; a kitchen manager oversees the cooking staff. Basic Expectations: Restaurant managers are responsible for organizing, managing, and coordinating all of the daily functions within their department, as well as the staff members who carry out these functions. This not only includes monitoring the service of food and drinks to guests and customers, but also knowledge of labor laws and health compliance regulations, customer satisfaction, , and may even be include payroll. Restaurant managers must also have a the capability of handling sudden situations that arise, such as staff or customer complaints, lack of inventory, lack of staff members, and even firing and replacing staff members. Education: Good experience in Hospitality industry for 5 years and above with bachelor’s degree in Hotel management / Catering High ;certificates, associate's degrees and bachelor's degrees in this field. Primary duties include: Dispatching trucks, scheduling, routing drivers, covering back-hauls, and discussing delivery services and to work efficiently with the team. Responsible to ensure the most efficient freight movement, and cost effective service, as well as compliance with transport and safety regulations. Responsible to meet on-time performance requirements. Resolve transportation problems with urgency and professionalism. The dispatcher shall schedule and dispatch drivers and/or trucks to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs. The dispatcher handle work orders, messages, and information and prepare daily work and trucking schedules. Requirements: • A proven track record in dispatching trucks • Effective listening and strong communication skills for interaction with drivers, customers and company staff • Must speak English and Romanian language • Knowledge of geography in Europe • Ability to coordinate drivers locally and across the country with accuracy, respect, and excellent service. • Experience with Computers; Windows applications, internet, and MS Office and if possible with TransX logistic software • Must be a team player, and provide leadership. • Must have very strong leadership/people skills • The ability to be compassionate and understand the drivers needs • The ability to build and communicate a trip plan/routing for the driver • Proactively identify and advise on any problems and provide solutions • Be self motivated, decisive, and detail oriented • Must have a competitive drive and the commitment to meet deadlines • Comfortable in a fast-paced and open office environment We offer a competitive benefits package which, includes a base salary and additional health insurance.
